The Outlaw Black includes three huge metal alloy bells with a black coating, excellent for someone that would like to have  their train horn kit to have a low profile. The three chimes are on a matching black bracket that has a 3/8' valve to turn on the horns. While not tuned to the precise US Train horn chords like several of our various other horns, their sound is low, deep and full much like the high cost train horns and is among the most preferred and loudest trains horns there are.
